After his discovery, there was various exchanges occurring with goods, illnesses, and slavery. Due to the hunt for the New World, there were some positives that came out of the conquest. Firstly, the New World received birds, rice, rye, onions, garlic, tomatoes, and more. “Both Fresh and Outdated Worlds attained from the Columbian Exchange, but the New World obtained more since its flower and creature species have been diverse. 

One of the most essential things that were sold during this time was tobacco.

Although there were plenty of positive aspects from the Columbian exchange, the negative benefits overpowered the excellent of the trigger. Many people were forced to convert religions due to this demand. People had their hails from order together already constructed a lifestyle for themselves before the Western european explorers came. The exchange of goods means nothing in comparison to how the lives of a lot of people were damaged. Many had been affected emotionally and psychologically just because the explorers made a decision to take matters into their personal hands and alter places that people called residence. It is important that a single must know is that even though the materials that were exchanged might have been a rise in both ethnicities, it is unique to the way the people of the New World had been mistreated. To summarize, the conquest of the New World by Europeans had both equally pros and cons.

Due to Christopher Columbus’ wrong supposition, it changed and influenced people’s lives forever. He and his explorers changed your life of the natives in more bad than great ways. He changed all of them in ways that were impossible to forget or forgive. The exploration was a change in the world and a moment of great interest. It was a big change that involved new origins yet unpleasant outcomes. The exploration certainly had a negative impact more than a positive 1.
