When you take the decision to place your order using our website service, you can do so by completing a form. Mind you that for any purchase of our services, including a paper, you will have to complete such form, called Order Form. Otherwise, you can have our support agents helping you in your order and ordering on your behalf, still using the same Order Form.
To fill in an Order Form you’ll need to include all the information required. The information should be true and real. We don’t support any attempt of cheating and we do penalize and forbid the use of incorrect, not-up to date information from users, especially when placing an order through the Order Form. Not abiding with our ordering procedure from your side will automatically eliminate your order which means you won’t have access to any of the material you ordered.
The responsibility for any consequences of what has been stated above, delays and misunderstandings caused by the lack of appropriate, correct, faithful and genuine data falls entirely on you.
