A real life example of how a great innocent person’s civil legal rights can be and so easily violated was presented by Jerr Halperin’s account, in his content Patriot Rezzou. Halperin had gone with his roommate to see the Broadway show Hire. Before going to the music, the two males decided to visit a favorite Of india restaurant, in the heart of midtown Ny, just off Times Square. They had merely begun to eat dinner the moment five NYPD officers, in bulletproof vests, stormed in the restaurant, pistols drawn and pointing in the customers plus the restaurant personnel.
Halperin even more goes on to describe how the police officers had all of the terrified customers and staff go to the back side of the cafe, making the kitchen staff spider out on their particular hands and knees. Everyone was patted down while ten more officials entered even though some of the original officers searched the restaurant for other folks in the service. Two of the newest officers got into contact with Halperin and identified themselves as officers of the INCHES and Homeland Security Section.
